# Invite team members
First create a team on zcal. Then follow these steps to add members to your team.
1\) Open your team members page
2\) Click the Invite team member button
3\) Fill in the new team member's email address and select his [role](https://help.zcal.co/teams/team-member-roles). Then click Submit.
Note that inviting a team member will increase your subscription billing as the zcal Pro plan charges per seat.
