Add video conferencing link

With zcal add Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams conferencing to any zcal event. When your guest(s) book a meeting, zcal will auto-create and send the meeting invite link via email.

1) Click on Edit for an existing invite or click on 'New link' if you want to create a new invite.

2) Under Basic info, you will see the 'Location' section to select your preferred video conferencing option.

3) Click on the 'edit' icon to see the dropdown options and make your selection.

4) Click on 'Save' once done.
