# Copy times to email

List the times you’re available to meet directly in the body of an email, so your invitee can select whichever meeting time works best without leaving the email client.

### Copy and paste the available times from an invite

#### 1. From the zcal homepage click the menu icon for a given invite link.

#### 2.  Click the Copy times to email menu option.

#### 3. Click the Copy times button to copy the snippet to your clipboard. You can now paste it into the body of your email.

### Remove links from the available times

You can make your available times look like they were hand-typed by unlinking them. Simply toggle off the Link times switch in the dialog.
