# Block out of office (OOO) days

1\) Navigate to <https://zcal.co/availability>

2\) Click "Add date-specific hours"

3\) Click all the dates when you'll be out

4\) Turn on the "Mark as unavailable" switch

5\) Click "Apply"

6\) Make sure your invites have their availability set to "Saved availability" not "Custom hours."
